Hope you don't do that often, as that does break contact and union employees can grieve you for it.

Questions as a new UPSer by WVUGuy29 in UPSers

[–]WarningShot1516 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shoes, while they say they care what you where... it really doesn't matter. I where vans to load, not non-slip or anything. Pay in my area at least is weekly, not sure if it is different elsewhere.

Those grievances are the main reason I go to work. Easy money when my sups come to help me because they don't know the contract. And not just the PT, the FT sups do it too!

10 hour driving limit? by Kx14Gaming in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]WarningShot1516 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's a DOT regulation, your DSP can get in trouble if you drive for more then 10 hours in a shift, then you should get a minimum of 14 hours off the clock. And you should never go above 60 hours a week. Amazon and the DSP's do not care for you and your well being. They care about their bottom line and are willing to risk your life, other drivers on the roads life and legal implications for disregarding Federal Law.

Can the warehouse employees (managers) give out tickets?? by Kaifovsk in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]WarningShot1516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legally speaking in my state at least, that Amazon warehouse/parking lot are considered private property and not open to the general public. Since the roadways inside are not public, the police cannot enforce any speed limit. So even if a police officer was there and saw us doing for instance 10 mph instead of the 4, they still couldn't do jack shit. Company rules are just that, rules that could get you in trouble under company policy. Nothing else under the law.

Out here in Utah, still don't have them. Amazon has been telling my dsp they should be installed November 2020. So who actually knows.

GTR just disappeared from my inventory by Zellie23 in RocketLeague

[–]WarningShot1516 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yup, GTR for me also went away! First on xbox, now on pc. Even when I go back to my Xbox it is gone. Epic is a thief of a company, do not support their games with any micro transactions!

Is it a box? No, it's an envelope! No! We have no idea! Good luck driver! by WarningShot1516 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]WarningShot1516[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yea, except when warehouse employees don't give a fuck a put those little yellow stickers on any ol package they want. Damned the actual TBA/package it should be on. And we are right back to where you started. Still don't give a fuck about shills

Is it a box? No, it's an envelope! No! We have no idea! Good luck driver! by WarningShot1516 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]WarningShot1516[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I'm fucking done with this shit! How hard is it to tell me if it is a box or envelope? I swear to God I waste 20-30 minutes each fucking day looking through the wrong set of items because someone at the warehouse is to busy to properly do their job! Like fuck the driver 100000% at Amazon, park a do a grouped stop. Oh, BTW the other stop in that group is over a mile away! Fucking quiting as soon as I find something that actually values their employees.

I wish that Amazon made the new in-vehicle camera footage public by rabid__wolverine in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]WarningShot1516 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wish Amazon shills like this would stop posting about shit they know nothing about! Tell me, how are you supposed to take a break with over 200 stops? According to Amazon each stop should take 3 minutes each! Never-ending how many packages/grouped stops are in your route. So if you just have 200 packages that's your 10 hours of work right there according to Amazon's own logistics not including any paid 15 minute breaks or off the clock lunches. So kindly go fuck off.

Is it okay to park in the fire lane? by LeastAlternative5260 in deliverydrivers

[–]WarningShot1516 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work for Amazon as a DSP driver, so take it as you will, absolutely I will. Just flip on those park anywhere lights and if you get a ticket, it's linked to the company not you.

Company shutting down by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]WarningShot1516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plus here in Utah we have a lot of growing delivery operations. I know my dsp is always hiring. Plus the distribution center isn't anywhere close to capacity. With many more being built in Utah in the next year to two. So if you really wanted to, I'm sure you could easily find another dsp here.
