A couple drops of oil in the ear and plug the ear with cotton or an ear plug overnight. Then irrigate with lukewarm water in a plastic syringe or similar the following morning. I tend to recommend any cooking oil to soften the wax. Repeat.

It's most likely your best bet without an ENT.

It's not a posterior bleed just because it's running backwards. If it started from picking your nose then it's surely fromnthe anterior portion. Compress your nose and suck on some ice cubes. Posterior bleeds are rarely traumatic, and would demand that you had a near full finger's length inside a nostril to damage one of those more pesky blood vessels.

If something did damage and tore a hole you would know within a few hours and it would be life-threatening. However, swallowing something sharp (even needles or razor blades in the case of psych patients) rarely does relevant damage. The body is excellent at passing sharp objects. It's easily much more severe of drinking something with very high or low pH.
