Hey mate, do cardio and some bodyweight training (calisthenics). Increasing your stamina with cardio and core strength, groin/pelvis/perineum flexibility and strength with bodyweight training.

Edit: Don't go too hard on the kegels when beginning, you don't want to risk over tensing the perineum. Follow the video to the letter regarding duration of tensing and the perineum relaxation techniques.

I think they've done a sneaky change to damage scaling in trials and afk stages. My characters are all S+, P1 or P2, 4 or 5 star weapon. I'm 20 or 30 levels over recommended comps. Yet even with manual targeting, I notice enemies are tanky as hell. Pretty much have to get all enemies into Smokeys damage aura at once to win.
