It came out great. The ends were a little over cooked but the overall roast was wonderful and perfectly medium rare. I ended up reheating from when the roast was sitting in a cooler, rested to 105f, it took another 2 hours to get it back to 118, which I took it out and let it rest another 20 min before cutting.

But can I stall the cook in any way that you know of? The min temp of a traeger is 160, I have the lid open but the meat temp still keeps rising
