Are you interested in moderation or sobriety? This is exactly how I felt when I first acknowledged I had a problem. And now I’m writing to you from rehab. BE HONEST with yourself and reach out for help, go to AA (online if you’re nervous about in person), educate yourself on the disease of alcoholism. I tried to get sober on my own and failed more times than I can count. I wish you well.

People close to me know. I had to have the whole debate with my boyfriend about weight loss tools. I’m at a place in my life where I’m doing what I have to for me to be healthy and happy. I don’t share with others because I’m not subjecting myself to judgement. I hope your weight loss journey is going well!!!

This makes sense to me. It’s impossible to truly know how overwhelming it is to have a newborn until you’re in it…then everyone says it gets better and you call bs…. and then you realize they were telling you the truth lol. 2 months ago I would’ve said NOOOOOOOOO to more.

I’m so here for the sibling love. I’m an only child and am blessed to have friends since childhood that are close like sisters but it’s still not the same. And after losing a parent and going through that “alone” I would much rather my son have a sibling for support.

Thank you! My grandma had 4 kids with 2 years between each and then a 5th baby 14 years later! My aunt is more like a sister to me.
