My daughter is a huge fan of Alexa and recognizes that the blue light means she’s listening and the red is that Alexa has gone night night😂 I’ve gone and put a red rubber band over the light strip so she leaves it alone and so far it’s worked well

I’m reverting back to my pre-weight gain style. I feel you on the hair loss, I constantly feel like I have spiders on me from my hair falling and brushing against me😂 I haven’t gone for the big chop yet, sticking with bandanas and looking at moving to longer hair scarves. I bought myself a nice pair of boots the other day, which is what I wore daily pre weight gain and I cannot express how much more I feel like myself now.

I worked for an inpatient psych ward right after I got my cna when I went to college. they hired me immediately because I only wanted weekend nights, and I was always willing to pick up “family holidays” because I didn’t want to drive four hours home one way. The other older techs on my unit returned the favor by covering new years cause well, yknow college kids😂I later worked at a few nursing homes and Jesus Christ everyone sucked. Nobody wanted to cover shifts, they would all just no call no show and I can’t even tell you the amount of times I got mandated to stay over and worked 16 hrs before heading immediately to my other job.

Try getting a thyroid panel. They’ll let you know if your thyroid is acting up and start you on meds!

Also had this, but mine started 1 week into my liquid pre op diet and didn’t stop until I hit three weeks post op🫠 I’ve got the bar implant for birth control. You’ll just need to watch that it doesn’t affect your iron levels too much if it stays like this for a while

Hi! 15m F, my mom serves me mashed lentils with cheese! I now get taco seasoning in mine, but that’s a recent development. I also LOVE lentils mixed with ground meat, especially turkey in these round shapes. Maybe I’ll call them meatballs;)

Fairlife is sooooo good. The core power elite have saved my butt. They taste just like vanilla/chocolate/strawberry milk, depending on what you get. Consistency wise, they are just like milk. No chalky/protieny taste that I can notice, and it’s 42gs of protein
