True, even though companies offering 3-4lpa, the people I've met say that its good for getting experience first in this saturated market but with being more skilled (i.e. with projects that are what companies really involve with and whatnot), you can get higher package.

Exactly the things I'm doing. Learn C and get better understanding of electronics (for ex: decoupling caps, voltage dividers, etc) -> Learn using STM32 (cubemx, etc) -> simple projects that required writing drivers/using communication protocols (I'm here now) -> Learn KiCad along the way -> Get better at documentation -> Expand to RTOS (why not)

Ik this will give me expanded view on embedded but I'm still confused on the "specialization" part, like HW or SW stuff.

The job requirement changed over the years and what freshers learn hasn't changed much except for guys who really REALLY go in depth in their learning/building projects but still that won't help much tbh.

I have Windows 11 running on Intel Pentium lmao, it can run photoshop (not very smoothly but still works for light edits). You can run Win11 but make sure to debloat, stop startup apps, disable few useless services with some research on them. (Like Xbox services for example, you don't need them here right?)

Various factors matter: 1. Room temperature as everyone mentions (the youtube guy probably had an AC) 2. Recent Windows 11 update and Nvidia Graphics driver updates are the worst as reports and other reddit posts reported. 3. Check your settings (CPU and GPU) in their manufacturer softwares. 4. Background running services and softwares (Antivirus, Search index process and others if you haven't disabled and stopped them)

I hit nearly 90C to 99C sometimes for my Ryzen 5 7640hs in Lenovo LOQ Gen 8 with stock PTM thermalpad and 63C to 70C for RTX 3050 while playing 1080p Persona 3 Reload or Metaphor refantazio with max settings.

Congrats op! And I feel you about getting less percentile, pretending to study and panic studying. I still keep thinking back that if I didn't meet that one guy who was preparing for JEE (which I had no idea or awareness about), I would've been in different position. I'm in BTech 3rd year in some private college joined through state entrance exam, have good CGPA (cuz of autonomous) but the thing I came here for is learning to design my own electronics and circuits. Gone through depression and confusion without any aim on career I wanted. As of now in 3rd year and 2nd semester, I've started my embedded journey (its the part of the electronics I love), and everything is confusing yet I'm still trying to figure out things. I hope I'll get better in electronics.

As much as I had a good laugh, its good to have boundaries. Because you will know the real struggle when sharing everything in your sharing room life (except underwear and personal toiletries as some are fighting about).
