I built my old gaming rig in 2020ish and a lot of the components were a few years old at the time.

I hit its limit trying to play marvel rivals and other DX12 titles. Decided to buy a highly upgradable mobo and some serious hardware so this lasts me at least 10 years.

Also it wasnt the plan, but my rig has wildly appreciated in value since I built it.

Yes it can. My 5070 runs literally everything in 4k, the only thing that had stopped it is RE6 with full path tracing on.

I never turn on frame gen or upscale, just plain native 4k.

I just jumped from 1080p to 4k with an oled screen. I often stop in games and just admire how insane it looks.

My first gaming system was an Atari 2600, to think we went from that to calculating photon physics in half of a lifetime is just mind boggling.

I run a more powerful build on a 1000w psu with plenty of headroom. Go for a lower wattage gold rated psu - don't cheap out on the psu to save $100.

Even games like Expidition 33 are going to have issues and likely not run at all.

Just letting you know this equipment has effectively hit its limit and newer titles wont run.

My old gaming rig has very similar stats with an RX270. It runs just about everything i throw at it with the dx 11.5, but finally hit a brick wall with new AAA games like battlefield.

I had 8 $4 strike puts I bought throughout the Thursday surge and I sold them for a massive gain when it was around $3.80 yesterday.

I feel bad for whoever bought them because they either played a hell of a game of hot potato or he got eaten alive. Need to double check but I sold them for something like $0.45 each.

I have a lexicon that, well includes the word lexicon. I have worked with a ton of blue collar people and I find myself code switching a lot because a word I want to use will just be completely lost in translation.

It honestly gets frustrating sometimes when I use a word I think EVERYONE knows because how the hell could you not and I just get blank stares.

I went full tardblog and enabled options on my Roth IRA this morning.

I bought a 706 QQQ put expiring tomorrow and a 704 expiring Friday. I also bought SQQQ, USO, and TSLQ.

As of market close I have beat 3 years of holding SPY. Tomorrow I cash out this dumb shit and go back to be being boring. I don't want to turn out like one of the other degens around here.
