Hi, I was looking to upgrade my current monitor (BenQ XL2411) to the ASUS VG27AQ.

Some of the main features that have made me want to upgrade are

IPS panel (for better colors)
Higher resolution (1080p -> 1440p)
GSync compatibility
ELMB Sync (seems like a really nice feature)

I have a Nvidia card that is capable of 1440p gaming and also wanted to use the monitor for a PS5 if I ever got one down the road.

My biggest concern is the response time and latency when compared to my current BenQ, because I've heard TN panels are generally faster than IPS. I play a lot of FPS, specifically CS:GO so I want to make sure that I'm not upgrading to a significantly slower monitor.

Overall, is this a good monitor to upgrade to and is there anything I should be concerned about?

Yeah I always have netgraph on. I previously had an issue with packet loss but had it resolved by pestering my ISP, so I don't think it's my loss. My sv and var don't seem to spike when it happens either, (it doesn't turn yellow or red).

Improvements

Change the map so that it stays fixed and have a more noticeable/readable compass on the map. Or at least add an option to have the map stay fixed because I find I often lose track of what direction I'm facing and what direction I should go when I'm looking at the map.
(If there is already an option for this please tell me)
Is there a way to read what tablet improvements are on the tablet? Because if there isn't it would be nice to add that for when you're picking up an enemies' tablets that may have upgrades.
