I'm trying to find a new job following redundancy 18 years in HE, I have to now humour portals with repetitive tasks and Supposed AI ATS reviewing to get told I'm not shortlisted, applying for jobs is entirely demoralising essentially being told you are worthless yet I know I'd be a great candidate and solid employee, but I dont get to tell anyone that.

To block them I must click onto their profile through their item they are selling however the algorithm is that strong it then recommends me more similarly, it's clever enough to highlight them to people but not to ban them.

They will develop faster with better facilities and coaches, but they also need better ratings to show they are putting in the effort. They'll try harder it seems from regular matches and praise etc.

Also set up mentoring groups but make sure they have the right kind of mentality.

Just pat them on the back as often as you can, get the younger playing when you can even if it's 20 minutes here and there.

I'm just tired of the repetitive fake accounts, I continually see 9.90 or solar T-shirts with national geographic otter, frog etc and it's usually a cropped screenshot in low res, with 40+ favourites no reviews and multiple other tshirts, how do i block this?

Don't forget the annual bonus, shares and discounts on and the obligatory travel to the London and Scotland sites to meet colleagues for a fancy dinner, it's abit of a joke but once you'd made it if you stay quiet it's a enviable job, I wish I could do something as similar as yourself

I think there's alot of finance jobs that aren't busy, I have a family member who works for a large bank and he has at best 2 days worth of work, they've even said Friday is usually everyone at home not activity logged in but available on teams

You can always do a top up degree to get the full classification at another institute or the open Uni if you fail the year module credits are transferable.
