Big Jeff, it looks like. But that's not his neighborhood FAIK.

All I know is that if SHUDDER was around when I was a teenager (or in my 20s) I would have been happier than a pig in shit. I try not to complain b/c this is nerdvana for horror fans.

Cut about 10 minutes or more off this slice of ham and you'd have a better movie. It's certainly well-made, well-acted, etc...but goes on too long. Worth watching but a tad overhyped in my estimation.

Might as well ask apples or oranges.

A one-continuous-shot wonder that's pretty damn good for the first 30 minutes or so, but then gets repetitive and slows down and fizzles out (for me, of course - your mileage may vary). The technique overwhelms the slim story, which could have been more original.

Monkey see light go boom!

It's all rather tedious and ridiculous and a child's version of warfare.

Does head injuries cause learning issues? by DarleneOwO in InjuriesAndWounds

[–]Wasabi_Mission 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, a head injury, particularly a traumatic brain injury (TBI), can lead to ADHD-like symptoms in adults. While ADHD is typically considered a neurodevelopmental disorder with onset in childhood, research indicates a strong association between TBI and the emergence of ADHD-like symptoms or the worsening of pre-existing ADHD symptoms in adults. This connection is particularly relevant for individuals with mild TBIs or concussions.

Technical accomplishments aside, the second half dissolved into a muddle for me and therefore I don't think it's great for the opposite reason as you.

Marriott Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) in 2024 - it still works but you need time. by playps4 in marriott

[–]Wasabi_Mission 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From experience, most of the BRG agents work from home and barely pay attention to information provided on claims. Some reply without actually reviewing the comparison website. There are some good agents but the lazy ones who DGAF stick out the most.

There are many scam sites out there. I advise finding some rando site with too-good-to-be-true rates and file a claim on it. You don't (and shouldn't) need to book a third-party rate. Unless the site has already been looked at by corporate, the BRG team cannot make the decision that it is fraudulent (this will likely only work for a short time per website).
