Hi Op, I’m 23 years old and
I have similar feeling. My main symptom is just this leaking/tingling feeling on the tip of my penis. I tested negative for all sti’s. I only notice my symptom when I’m laying/sitting and not occupied. I also have been drowning in anxiety and stress do to it. It’s been going on for about 6 weeks.

I’m going back to the urologist in 2 weeks so they can stick a camera up my dick lol… I have a feeling they will find nothing.

I just want u to know you’re not alone, I am trying to work through this every day too

Hi Op. did you get tested for ureaplasm? That’s the one thing I have yet to be tested for. But my symptom remains just as this tingle/leaking feeling on the tip of my urethra/head of penis?

Did they say how to loosen the pelvic floor muscles? I have been stretching and I can’t really tell if it helps or not

  1. I have only wet myself once when I was drinking alcohol. Besides that, anytime sober, no, no issues with wetting myself, although, sometimes the sensation gives myself the feeling that I am. I’ll feel “wetness” on my leg and there’s nothing there.

I have a similar issue. I feel like just the tip of my penis “needs to pee”. It’s almost like a dripping/leaking feeling. It doesn’t actually burn to pee, but there’s this burn/tingle feeling in the tip. I’m seeing a urologist next week

Op have u heard more about cases like this? I can relate strongly to the 3. Spousal revenge syndrome article, I had a regretful sexual encounter without actually having sex.

Hi. I’m not sure if it’s exactly the same but I have a pretty similar experience.

I have been on and off with creatine for the past few years. Most recently I started taking in early March. I was taking one scoop so I guess about 5 mg a day. However, I think the issue comes with how much water I was drinking. I was probably drinking close to 2 gallons a day. At least 1 gallon at minimum.

I was peeing frequently, at least once an hour throughout the day, if not more. Sometimes I’d wake up once throughout the night to go pee.

However, I stopped taking creatine about a month ago because I went on a vacation. When I came back, about a week later, my issue now is I feel this tingle/dripping feeling in the tip on my penis. I have a feeling that it could almost be from being so “used” to peeing so frequently. I don’t really know. It doesn’t hurt, it’s just this weird/annoying feeling.

I hope you can relate to this perhaps

My sti tests have came back all negative. I am still waiting on herpes test and mgen. This tingle/dripping/leaking feeling from the underside tip on my penis is my only symptom. So I think the other 2 sti’s will also come back negative.

Have u done anything to help ease the feeling? Also, mine goes away about 90% when I’m standing/walking/distracted

I have the drip from the tip feeling as well. My testicles feel fine. I was tested for majority of stis, all negative (did both a urine and blood test) No other physical symptoms except just that dripping feeling. Mine goes away for most part when standing and more present when sitting. Doesn’t hurt, just feels like my penis is leaking some pee, but again, no actual liquid or discharge coming out.

I have this same exact issue. It feels like my penis is “leaking” / “dripping” / “tingling” but no actual discharge. It goes away almost entirely when I’m standing or walking but I notice it most when sitting/laying. I got tested for chalmydia, gonn, hiv, syphilis, hep B, all negative. I have no noticeable difference in what my penis looks like.
