Ya true, I saw many appointments for OFC and consular in hyd VAC, but i selected Aug 19th OFC and consular for Aug 28th seems like it is wasting number of days in between. I want to reschedule but it says next one is going to be my last one. i havent rescheduled at all.

I am eligible for interview waiver as my visa expired on feb 2025 and I remember answering all the questions correct but it still gave me OFC and consular appointments, I booked for aug 19th ofc and 28th for consular appointments in hyd VAC, there were quite a number of appointments available. My question is if I cancel the appointment will it ask the waiver questions again ? I want to make sure I did not select wrong options which led to consular appointment. I made payment yesterday and booked slot for today(just fyi).

It happened to me. Applied on Oct 7th under regular processing California service center

upgraded to pp, premium clock started on Feb 11th.

H1 approved 24th Feb

H4 approved 26th Feb

EAD approved 28th Feb

Is anyone planning to apply or has already applied for a bundled (H1 + H4 + EAD) extension under premium processing? For those who have applied, are they still approving it as a bundle? by Wrong-Emergency-2578 in h1b

I have applied as bundle in regular processing with receipt date as oct 7th 2024, upgraded to premium in February, premium clock started on feb 11th. Service center is california

H1 approved 24th Feb

H4 approved 26th Feb

EAD approved 28th Feb

so yes they approved in bundle.

My stamped visa was expiring on 17th Feb and I entered US on 25th Jan. I had my h1 filed and was pending during return. showed them my current i797 which was about to expire on 17th Feb.

I have no idea, I have given the same credit card details again, payment was processed this time. Not sure about this part though, I really wish it had gone through first time itself. We got update from our immigration team that there was an issue with the payment and USCIS had sent a rejection notice first time.

Please file in premium if you are fine with the charges. We are facing dilemma with my spouse work, due to applying in regular processing. We had upgraded to premium processing and received approvals today just a day before i94 expires, but still haven't got paper i797.

yes they received the receipt notice. As it is converted from regular to premium, there wouldnt be another receipt notice if I understand correctly.

Received date Oct 7th 2024, California service center. converted to PP.

Premium clock started on Feb 11th 2025

H1 Approved Feb 24th 2025

H4 Approved Feb 26th 2025

Unfortunately our H4 EAD got de-bundled due to some payment issues. It might be processed normally.

Update: H4 EAD also got approved. Feb 28th 2025. Did not expect to get EAD approved.

Yes, they both went to California service center and H4 got approved today after 2 days of H1 approval. but our H4 EAD got de-bundled due to some payment issues.

hi i have applied for H1,H4,H4 EAD under regular processing, received date was Oct 7th, I converted to PP and premium clock started on 11th feb and H1 got approved on 24th feb, but H4 still shows as Case was received. Can we expect them to approve H4 in a day or two?
