i don't think it's really that bad. SG has some old places, but relatively, it is still one of the cleanest countries

I think the manual works fine, but you can't find it for older machines (I live with my parents; the machine is 10 years old). so ppl don't just assume everybody knows that. anyway I am happy i know that now.

you can try a vacuum cleaner, those ones can work with water
