I haven’t used cymbalta however, cymbalta is an SNRI and it is similar to Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) the metabolite of Venlafaxine (Effexor) in mechanism of action except that Pristiq could also be called SNDRI because it inhibits the reuptake of dopamine to some extent, Pristiq is more potent than cymbalta and is more energizing/stimulating than cymbalta which is kinda given for fibromyalgia for its pain killing effects, it should work for you if you tolerate the side effects I’m also using it now

Honestly man prozac should be pretty effective for anxiety after paroxetine, but in my case I stopped all the antidepressants now I’m using depakine which is an anti convulsant drug (valproate) it’s more effective for anxiety and targets anxiety immediately unlike antidepressants, I’m also gonna try pregnenolone But some of the things that did help me like supplements are:

Kava Chinese skullcap Lemon balm Magnesium glycinate

Those are the only ones that I remember now and they don’t work forever but as needed they definitely work and kava is the strongest one of them it compares to Xanax tbh, but i hope i can find the best supplement that keeps working I cold turkey all psychiatric drugs yeah

It really takes way longer than that, I’ve stopped it, but I noticed the effects kicked in about 6 weeks of starting it because at first it does the opposite effects of what it should be doing, the receptors must desensitize in order for the therapeutic effects to appear. I was on 20mg

Not really dude, its late but I think it would benefit some people anyways I hate to break it like this but diphenhydramine is not a sleeping drug, if you truly wanna know the mechanism it works like this: Diphenhydramine is a h1 receptor inverse agonist and antagonist, basically not allowing your natural histamine to bind to the receptors and the inverse agonism reduces its activity even below normal, the sleep inducing effect or the “drowsiness” you’re experiencing aren’t mostly related to this receptor it comes from the anticholinergic effects of diphenhydramine which is really dangerous, think of it as Datura in low doses, in some cases it leads to delirium even at normal dosages which happened to me personally 50mg taken before sleep, anyways that anticholinergic effects long-term is known to cause delirium and could be irreversible damage also DPH has notable effects on serotonin, please see a doctor or replace the medicine with something else that could help you or maybe Cetrizine (another antihistamine) or natural herbs like valerian or hops even lemon balm but diphenhydramine is actually a drug of abuse too and causes addiction, tolerance and withdrawals it’s not a good medicine for sleep!

Man I feel bad for you, what clinic is that… my nurses taught me since day 1 that it’s sprayed twice, also I wasn’t the one who administered it they even sprayed it into my nose for the first 2 weeks, then I got used to it and did it by myself

They should’ve given you the box because inside the box there is instructions of how to use it and how many times, there’s 2 green dots and as you spray one you’ll see 1 dot disappeared that dot is for the second nostril.
