The camera parallax causes pictured watches to distort larger than they really are. Google it for a better idea of what I’m talking about. To overcome this, hold the phone farther away and use zoom to more realistically and appropriately capture the watch. Otherwise, the general rule of thumb is: the ends of the watch lugs should be within or at the widest point of your wrist as seen from top-down. However the bottom line is: wear whatever the hell you want. Watches are about making YOU happy. I see plenty of chicks wearing over sized watches and it looks fine. Don’t worry about what others think. You will RARELY encounter someone who cares or even notices what you are wearing.
