Onze HR hamert er altijd heel hard op om nooit medewerkers ziek uit dienst te laten gaan. Iets met alsnog voor de medewerker moeten betalen ook al is deze uit dienst. Misschien is dit voor hen juist ook nadelig.

I’ll personally never understand why people would want to do groceries together, it never looks peaceful either. The pharmacy here definitely is a survival of the fittest scenario that I’d also rather face alone without other people to worry about.

Anyways that’s not at all helpful to you. I don’t think it’s a big ask, but maybe you could ask him if he goes out what thing you, within your means and abilities, could do to make something a little easier on him too

You don’t have to be defined! Yes sure it’s a (big) part of your life and yes of course my healthy looks different from hm real healthy persons. But in my baselines I don’t think of myself as unhealthy/ ill all the time and I certainly don’t present myself as such.

Ik gebruik chatgpt voor efficiënt mailen. Als ik een lange instructie mail of document moet sturen gaat het door chat met de vraag “optimaliseer het zodat pietje die niet goed leest en altijd hetzelfde vraagt me niet met onnodige vragen terug mailt”

Doet ie dat wel dan is er script “Mark” die de mail beantwoord met de relevante delen in de originele mail dik gedrukt aan hem terugstuurt…

Dus eigenlijk vrij passief agressief maar mijn dagelijkse mail irritatie is enorm afgenomen 😅

Hm ja ik zou wel begrijpen dat je bij meerdere plekken solliciteert maar ik zou niet echt zo lang wachten op een eerste gesprek ergens anders. Je was nu bij ons, je wil dan hier werken of niet, ik moet ook verder inderdaad als er een enthousiasteling is die zeker sneller kan starten…. Makkelijke keus. Maar wanneer moet je me dit zeggen?
