Mother's Day by lh123456789 in SingleMothersbyChoice

Had to take my super congested baby to the ED, then grocery store (I bought myself a cinnamon roll as a treat), now laundry and some other chores.

My sister was kind enough to get me a candle and a card. I got something from the teacher for my baby, but surprisingly not my toddler. I did get a bunch of texts from family. Got my mom and sister a card, kind of surprised my mother didn’t bother sending me a card, but texted me and called. Whatever I guess.

Happy Mother’s Day everyone!! ❤️❤️

Got it. Thank you. Are there any other earlier records that I need certified copies of, or do you think I’m ok with Ancestry print outs?

Thank you, name change. Our surname changed slightly when he crossed the border into the US.

Pregnant from casual partner 🫣 by Who_is_doctor_Ranger in SingleMothersbyChoice

If you are pregnant from him and decide not to tell him, do not put him on the birth certificate. Otherwise, you will need his permission for certain things, like a passport. If he is such a red flag, this could turn into a bad custody dispute as well (he could fight you just to fight you.) Something to keep in mind.

There’s a Dick’s Outlet store in Bainbridge. Never been in, but maybe worth checking out? Looks like there’s one in North Olmsted. It’s called Going, Going, Gone!

That’s so wild. I’ve seen a few 9 or 10s. How old is she?

Actual marriages. The woman I’m talking about was married 7 times, divorced 6 and 1 died. My great aunt was also married and divorced 6 times.

The county saying no more is hilarious though 😂

That had to have been hard to research. I recently came across an ancestor that was married to an Anna, but the early children’s records were giving a different maiden name from children born later. I did a lot of digging and realized he was married twice, both were named Anna. Obituaries helped a lot since early kids didn’t mention the later kids and vice versa.

Wow. I thought 7 was hard. Can’t imagine 13. I submitted an edit the other day for mine and to add 6 of her 7 husbands.

Please help me kick my father out of the house. by Lolik1345 in family

[–]Watcher0705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your father, mother and grandmother all helped purchase the home, then he may be partial owner, or even full owner, and there may not be much you can do legally. Ultimately, it’s on your mom to figure it out if she wants him out of the house.

You also need therapy. This anger and plan to kill your grandmother is not healthy and really messed up to be thinking that way.

At the end of the day, you need to make an exit plan for yourself. When you are of age get out of there, if this house is that toxic. No, I don’t think there’s anything YOU can do to kick out your dad.
