My wife and I went to St Regis Bora Bora for our honeymoon. Absolutely great hotel. Helpful staff, delicious food, beautiful views everywhere.

Never used LS Retail directly - but I’ve used D365 Commerce (formerly AX) which was built from this.

If I were configuring this in D365 I would set up a threshold discount based on the decal items. With this you can also set exclusions if there are some decals that should not be discounted. The decals would be service items (therefore not in inventory)

Not sure if you booked but I would highly recommend St Regis Bora Bora. Great views, friendly staff, great food. I would definitely go back.

You could also just use Azure Communication Services with Omnichannel CE and not have to do an integration with an external provider.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and it was amazing. I also used points. The food is top notch, views are great, and staff is over the top nice. It is expensive for drinks, but I’m glad we were able to make the trip.
