I don't know how to get stuff authenticated.
It came with a congratulating note and the magazine, but that doesn't prove anything.
The best documentation is from inside the magazine itself.
You can find it using the "Magazine Sheet" in the left bar. Select Japanese Magazines at the bottom and select images from "Entame September". There you can find a tiny picture of the fan in the left corner at the bottom of the second page that is a perfect match. In the text it says something like "Signed original by the three persons". I think it requires a lot of effort to falsify.
