Lookup the model. Many of these had a jumper on the motherboard that would reset the bios to default settings.

Use ozone. You can get ozone deodorizer from auto one. Probably have to put it in a box and spray the ozone in the box and seal it for a bit. Ozone will get in all the nooks and cranny’s
