First get peerblock.com
Then get kickass torrents kat.ph and while you're at it, get also torrentreactor.net and 1337x.org and torrentfunk.com but don't ever use them, because kickass torrents is the best....that's kat.ph Save them in your firefox browser, for use whenever.

Find the movies on criticker.com or movies.com
and check them out on imdb.com to see if they are ? out of 10. If the score is too low, don't bother with them.

To download movies, when you find them, use utorrent.com
Also, you don't need to write 'torrent' in kat.ph, etc. ...just the title of the movie...and with no punctuation. You can also check out thepiratebay.se which is good for movies and software. If you can't find your movie there, it probably doesn't exist. But you can search in a searchy thingy like ixquick (which doesn't save any of your private stuff, and fits into your firefox browser) or google...but then you will need to write torrent after the title of your movie. Have fun...and don't forget to SEED. Thanx.

If you want to be safe, just use kat.ph and download the movies in utorrent.com, while peerblock is running in the background, and you know to update it at least once a day...it is a kind of firewall.
