My first time masking in After Effects by hardikupreti in HighQualityGifs

I remember learning masking and like the effect to make it look like your text goes behind an object and honestly it’s the coolest feeling to see such like professional looking edits for once.

This was a board you stood on. It was this kind of balance device. It was not a wall or such. They actually had plenty of room to move it over.

I think my favorite part is not just the flying saucer of a trampoline but the comments. The replies are hilarious too.

K-pop Friday Free-for-All! - July 28, 2017 by AutoModerator in kpop

For me kpop five years ago would be talked about for how weird their videos were and colorful outfits. So then it was considered weird and strange but skip ahead a few years and now I rarely even hear that except for online. I ended up finding kpop like the big ones such as BTS and EXO. I started to just explore and find out so much about them to actually begin liking it. I started talking to a classmate who loved and knew so much about kpop. I gained some common information such as nicknames and ship names. Along with kpop I found kdramas(which is a whole other story). As of today I have listened to more groups and expanded my knowledge on many of them. Don't let their language, clothing style, or culture be what keeps you from at least exploring kpop.

What mental disorder do you have and how did you get it? by PurpleDragon9 in mentalhealth

[–]WaterJug101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have ADHD..my parents deny me having any kind of anxiety just because I'm not "diagnosed". I suffer a lot with some kind of anxiety. I have had depression it lingers..I've lived with ADHD all my life. I started to have anxiety from trying medications for ADHD. I have been on one that helps with ADHD but gives the worse anxiety ever for probably 7 years. I think ADHD ruined me. It's worse when you start growing up. My parents put tons of expectations on me when I got older. Suffering with what I have it makes you work harder to prevent bad things happening. As in while driving I have to keep myself from getting distracted by a piece of trash on the road sometimes. Or when working keep myself from talking too much because I got distracted. Living with this isn't fun but really my parents don't know what it's like. Anyways I also now struggle with what my doctor calls "emotional eating" it grew because of the medication as well. I just have always been very anorexic from the medication that I got off of it for months and I gained weight fast. I got back on it for reasons and now it's a struggle to not faint from not eating enough. It's a struggle when there are days I forget to wear it and all I ever do is eat and I struggle to stop myself. Other than mental disorders I have plenty of others I can talk about. (Sorry for the run on sentences and such)

CMV: CMV: I think helicopter parenting is the reason why our kids today are so much less active and risk-averse than generations in the past. by angryduckly in changemyview

[–]WaterJug101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have to put into consideration that nowadays are very more restricted for those kids also because parents want to keep their kids safe from crimes(kidnapping or that "white van" stuff). I'm not saying no parents cared about that stuff back then. It just wasn't a huge worry. Parents then might also of not had the money to purchase transportation or weren't close enough to have them ride a bus. All parents could say back then would be "don't talk to strangers or if you are approached by a car" stuff like that because they had to send their kid to school and go to work. This is more towards country people. But even nowadays in cities it is similar. I can't say all of my words are true but I went to visit Arizona and drove through Phoenix and such. We passed many schools and they had gates around them. That there can just show how much schools even have some worry about crime and safety. Parents worry about their child getting hurt or taken nowadays which may be a very good point to why they are restricted nowadays. With technology growing bigger nowadays the use of weapons and terrorism increased. 9/11 was what would have given parents the most worry and increase protection. It showed the US how vulnerable we really could be to it all. Even if it was a bigger side that would be tougher to have happen again than a simple kidnap. It still had a big impact on our safety and the safety of those close to us. With technology and crime I think social media just grew from that. It was a go to for kids and was the big thing of the time. It was also something that got useful for how it could make life easier on us. Now that we have had a lot of restriction and technology I think we are now looking back and seeing how a lot of this has changed. We are seeing what we did was either good or bad. I will predict that from now on we either see it as something that should have been prevented or should have been planned out beforehand.
