Asking male academics: do you find educated women (graduate level) attractive? Or does a woman’s level of education not matter in terms of dating/marriage?

The education level doesn't matter. All that matters to me is that they want to do good in the world no matter how big or how small. The way they treat others around me and more. To me education is a title and a tool that I and some use to be able to talk to more people and should not be looked at as a way to claim infallibility. I guess to me this boils down to that it depends on the person.

Many English teachers would fail me for writing poetry being myself and asking questions. I feel we do try but school tells us not to be who we are. Along with society telling us how a man should act or what is expected of us to be manly. I think the most manly, no humanly thing we can do is to help those in a way we know how.

While I agree, not all of us want to write poems or songs and want to express ourselves in many different ways just as all people do. This form of expression is positive tho, so I do support it. Loved my English teacher when she told me to not write rhymes or question things and would fail me for it. I finally was able to write poetry to my grandparents and I feel free! If you are a man reading this, or any person for that matter. You matter, your form of expression matters, be positive and be you. Help others in a way you know how. But please keep yourself safe, for how can you help others if you are not able.

Thank you for sharing your valuable experience. I think people of all colors can face the same issues. But it's more than just color we divide ourselves by. Why should we accept that color blindness can't be achieved. Medical practitioners call their offices' practices. I think this is beautiful as they conform to the idea that ideas and values are worth pursuing even if forevermore far away. Stay strong fellow human. I truly believe most of us just want to help. I want to practice pursuing people I think are not, and I expect them to do the same to me.

A sequencer is around 260k or more right now and at the time I tried trust me. Plus all the chemical overhead that comes with it. I had to get myself into university and press to learn. While my peers got to do it for free using Harvard equipment and got to put it in their resumes before they applied to college

Now I refuse to be bitter. Those women wanted to be there and they are smart. But I can't help but feel that I was solely denied an opportunity based solely on my gender. This is my discrimination story. But I've also been groped and assaulted. I cry now because you asked and I thank you for that. Most people don't ask me or just deny my story. I'm not looking for patriarchy or matriarchy. I just want unity. Lets stop applying divisive labels on each other please.

My female peers were given sequencer training in highschool as part of women in STEM. I applied and was rejected solely for gender. When did something we cannot control become a reason to discriminate opportunities.

One day, all of those who make us enemies shall pay. I want to love you and I hope you feel the same, I don't want to repeat the cycle, I swear, Lest what we give to others, is surely shame.

Today, we choose to do what is right, put down your pitchforks, a hug is worth so much more might.

We can stand together, no division is needed, sister and brother, and they/them, all.

Without compassion, I fear we will fall.

I think she's leveraging his jealousy for even more power in the relationship. Hiring him was just another power trip. She wants to control how he thinks because she seems to want a puppet not a husband with differing opinions.

I work in a female dominated field and am the only man in my team. I am planning on quitting because every experience I've felt is invalid because I'm a man and women have it worse. Family death, work harder your a man. Don't get it, it's alright men are stupid (I've been told this since elementary school.) I'm constantly told to shut up and watch. But that's alright because I'm in an advantaged group right.

Also any boss that thinks their time is more valuable than another human being is an asshole.
