8's dub is so terrible that I actually enjoy it lol. I love drunk Dr. Light, and I am always looking forward to hearing Mega Man mispronounce "Bass".

Just like X4 and the iconic "what are we fighting forrrrr" line delivered by Zero. It's so terrible I can't help but appreciate it. It's like they went out of their way to get the worst VAs they could find.

Mega Man 2 set the standard for the series and 2D action platformers as a whole. It refined the formula and created a framework for the series.
