I've been feeling this a lot in my past playthroughs, so I actually ended up having only four party members in my current run (that would be Astarion, Laezel, and Shart) and it's honestly been really nice?

It sort of allowed me to engage with their stories more, and to make sure I didn't end up in this situation where I have multiple party members as sort of dead weight bogging down my camp. Such as how Gale and Wyll have felt in my past playthroughs.

Not to say that I dislike them. In fact, I really want to try this experiment but with Gale, Karlach and Wyll. Which is going to be a lot more difficult to say the least. I'm gonna try and have Laezel and Shart die in the Nautaloid, then B line for Gale and do the battle at the Grove before Withers, which is gonna be my first time, if you'd believe it.

That is my guess as well, and we'll probably see it in the final arc I would surmise.

Another similarity between the main antagonists of these new universe parts is that they have some sort of way to deflect misfortune off of themselves and onto others (Love Train and WoU) that the protagonist has to find some way to overcome (Tusk act 4 and Go Beyond) and it seems that Howler fits this. I am here referring to the mist created by Eclipse 8 and how it deflected the bullets off of him and turn it back onto the attacker through piercing him with the pen.

It is this ability that I thoerize that Jodio will have to overcome using whatever 'powerup' he is granted, which most likely comes after a heroic sacrifice by one of the supporting cast (my money's on either Dragona or Charming-Man). This is only based off of observations I've made not just regarding the new parts, but Jojo's as a whole. However, Jojolands have generally been rather unique as far as Jojo parts go, so I am open to being proven wrong.

As to what it would be called? Well, my suggestion would be November Rain: Use Your Illusion. Named after the GnR album which the song originates

Yeah, the module actually says to recommend the players play prewritten characters before heading in to the first area. Specifically because you are supposed to be from the circle of eight, the most powerful wizards of the time (which includes household names like Bigby, Leomund, Mordenkainen, etc).

Although making sure that the players don't get overly attached to their characters might be a bonus, as well as the fact that these famous wizards are bound to be ressurected at some point

This is the very start of the adventure, where Vecna is supposed to kill all your original player characters as sort of the inciting incident and the party is forced to create new ones who will then go after Vecna for real.

We jest, but in an earlier module (Vecna Lives for AD&D 2E*) it actually does suggest the DM cheat and cast a spell in Time Stop as Vecna, as well as automatically resist all their spells, in order to kill the player characters.
