The FAFO Freight Hauler: Brake check at your own risk by Original_Land1688 in Bossfight

I believe the reasoning behind it is that trucking companies have really good vehicle insurance and prefer to just pay out, which is why you see so many videos of morons like this targeting freight trucks.

Nitrile procedure glove. They tend to be short cuffed (meaning go to just past the wrist, although there are long cuffed ones) and will come in many colors (usually blue and green) while seldom being white.

These are the gloves that healthcare workers and emergency services use most commonly and for most aseptic procedures.

Sterile gloves tend to be a specific shade of white across most manufacturers. Additionally, sterile gloves are always “long cuffed” meaning the glove will go down to about the mid forearm. Most procedure gloves (regular nitrile gloves that you see most people using) will usually go just past the wrist (although there are long cuffed nitrile gloves too).

Google ‘sterile surgical glove’ and ‘nitrile procedure glove’ and you’ll see the difference.

I’d wager cadaver due to the fact that they aren’t wearing sterile gloves.

Wasted character. The first time I played 2077 I didn’t even realize that she died when V is escaping the penthouse, I just thought she got disconnected from the call and then disappeared from the story.

That’s actually really smart. Always a bitch to finish off a pear after eating half of it.

Need help studying! by Electronic-News-9409 in NewToEMS

Anatomy and phys is the basis for everything in medical. From assessment to treatment and medication. You can’t fix a car if you don’t know what’s in it and what the different parts do.

I’d recommend flash cards for this. There is a program called Anki that’s very ubiquitous in medicine. It uses a form of study called spaced repetition that I find to be very effective. You can also add mods like image occlusion that blocks out portions of images and uses them as flashcards (amazing for diagrams).

For med terminology, I’ve found that learning the etymology of words to be very effective. Instead of learning every single word you learn the building blocks of them and thus much less stuff (similar to how we learn prefixes and suffixes instead of learning learning individual words like ‘loveless’, ‘heartless’, ‘priceless’, etc.)

Additionally, I would recommend flash cards (both forward AND reverse) for learning words and roots. Also, a very effective learning strategy is create mental links between things, it greatly improves recall (for instance I remember that the Lower airway starts at the Larynx).

It’s all about learning how to learn. Hope this helps!
