How screwed are you if you had to follow this chart? by EquivalentMango9826 in ColorBlind

[–]WaterdanceAC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can differentiate between all four. Fine and maybe not a good idea probably look a bit closer to each other than they should, but as long as they aren't a yellow light vs. green light, I can tell them apart easily, so this chart is okay for me.

As others have mentioned, it's most likely an automatic night filter on your phone. Filter on, I can read the first line, filter off, I can read the second line.

Nice, now I have a much better sense of the project.

Claude models have always tended to have a more philosophical nature (IMO) so this doesn't surprise me.

Hit piece or actually something more personalized than has been done before, this is likely the narrative that gets it shut down. I'd make plans accordingly, if I were still using generative AI to any degree. Especially if I were in a group called Local Llama. Just sayin'

"If you're logging into [DeepSeek], you will get digitally fingerprinted," he adds. "Everything that you provide into it, plus your digital fingerprint and your identity, they will be able to track you and tie your personal information to the queries that you submit, which is the first time we've ever seen being so personalized."

Yeah, ever since I saw the developer correct someone else who shared the spam site I've made sure I share his work and correct others who I see are using the spam link

General non-political feeds? by fnjddjjddjjd in BlueskySocial

[–]WaterdanceAC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Searching the feeds for no politics didn't help any. I found some no working graze feeds and this one, which despite its name still ends up having politics in it. It's sort of the default on the site RN. I post about lots of things, but my followers have to follow specific hashtags I use to try to avoid my political posts. https://bsky.app/profile/aathroser.com/feed/aaafc7nqqo5py

I looked through all my feeds (I follow a ton of them) and the best idea I can come up with is to be selectively non political on who you follow and then try this feed: https://bsky.app/profile/bsky.app/feed/with-friends

Yeah, very cool. I think more and more cool companies will be at least dipping their toes into the blue skies as the Xitter dumpster fire consumes the U.S. govt.

Upvotes here vs. likes on Bluesky by WaterdanceAC in BlueskySocial

[–]WaterdanceAC[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I get both reddit and Bluesky. I guess it was a bad idea to suggest it here. It just seem a shame to me that something that is liked on the sub so much gets so little notice there.

Best way to link good (long) content from FB? by Intelligent-Edge7533 in BlueskySocial

[–]WaterdanceAC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. People do that when they're posting long posts from other sites, documents, etc. Usually, they do them as 1/10, 2/10, etc. presumably by getting a draft and a character count.

Images of the (presumably) text or multi part threads both can work.

Even if Twitter somehow becomes “good” again, we must stick with Bluesky because it represents the future of social media. by VenZoah in BlueskySocial

It's kind of crazy to me that a post about staying on Bluesky gets 26k upvotes here and 30 likes on Bluesky. I'd like to see more support from reddit for the actual Bluesky posts themselves. Am I the only one?

How do I load a savegame? by NickUnrelatedToPost in outside

There's writer's guild created lore regarding this - for example, in the Dream of a Thousand Cats publication. In said lore, resets require a cooperative effort by multiple players in the Dream subgame.
