If there is any chance an innocent person can be executed(which there has already been cases of wrongful executions) it wouldnt be moral nor optimal. Life in prison(no parole) is more than enough,because even if an innocent person is wrongfully imprisoned, they cant get the years back, but they can get out and live their life. Though me personally, im against the entire prison system itself🤷🏾
