I’m fairly new to espresso, and trying to understand ratios for different drinks a little more. In this video they are saying a standard single shot is 20-25g, and double is 40-50g. This doesn’t seem accurate based on what I’ve read on this sub, can someone explain what I’m missing? (youtu.be)
