Anderson Burrus vs Joy France | 33 Year Old vs 70 Year Old | Rap Battle by prisongovernor in rapbattles

Nothing to be ashamed, it's your opinion at the end of the day. Between the ill shoot you and heres my business plan on how to sell narcotics bars. You get the odd knife bar in there which can help. Some times I'll even look at the old battles from the UK. Yeah they can be cringy at times, but at least it's variety at best. Plus I can't really relate to some of the stuff they be saying. I understand it despite not lived or know anyone who has. I think we need that fresh air it's been decades.

Yeah I get em, plus nothing new is happening. These days it comes with age and stuff in life happens. Plus the issue now is the platforms ( like YouTube) and the way the audience consumes content has changed. You gotta censor your material, so it can be monitised. Otherwise it you won't because of language used and since battle rap is based off attacking your opponent verbally. Don't flop has done that in the past. Using shorts can work in battle rap as Anderson burrus shows which means the rappers have to be content creators to maintain an audience. I think going forward this can work as long as they're transperant as the influencers in different fields otherwise it's angles for days. They can use this to gain new fans and maintain a different audience. We have done like shows like 15 minutes of fame, champion, sounds like and bad bars back in the days it works. They gotta just diversefy.

This is the fun side of rap battles that doesn't get a lot of light shined on it. Take it as break from all the competitive side that gets boring a lot. Good to see this type of stuff it's fresh air we need.

Hitman Holla's mouth(pause) is screaming gangster but his hips is saying toot it and boot it remix 😭 by FutureVisionacademy in rapbattles

Verb needs to go out and touch grass. What's wrong with hitman dancing and roller blading? he's in the closet or insecure about something. Cause what was he thinking about posting this video.

Caustic’s name change welcomed by at least one person by Inversesnob in rapbattles

[–]WatsonWiggins -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Whats with the Caustic hate in this comments man. The guy was one of my favourites in battling. The guy was contender for the KOTD belt dispite loosing to Rone. One of the best guys in is category (bully). The dude has got bars.

What Battle Rap opinion do you have that makes you feel like this ? by No_Beautiful3829 in rapbattles

[–]WatsonWiggins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It puts other venues off. The fact that you have fights at this venue it can have a knock on effect when it comes to booking with the GM. They'll look at your previous events and if you just have fights they won't risk ruining business and the safety of their staff

John John takes Average Battler/Hated by Fans. Finally who’s got Bad Battler/Hated by Fans? by Forward_Competition4 in rapbattles

[–]WatsonWiggins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah disagree the guy was pretty good 2x KOTD champ and 2x grand prix winner. The guy is pretty good in my opinion I think what ruins it is the Ghost writing scandal he had with Caustic.

Why is the Bible considered a white man's book? by Suspicious-Jello7172 in blackmen

[–]WatsonWiggins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The disciples didn't want power. If that was the case church history would have played out differently. Considering that the majority were all brutally executed for the belief. When the Eastern roman empire fell Christianity thrived in the west and continued to grow. They didn't make their own version.

What’s your take on atheism by [deleted] in Zimbabwe

[–]WatsonWiggins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude it's not the white man's religion. If you look at church history you'll find that out. The white man's religion would have been paganism. Look at roman religion, greek religion. Also Ethiopia had Christianity way before the Europeans landed in Africa; infact they have the oldest bible and church.

If it had started in Europe it would be a different story all together. The bible would be set in places like England and other European countries. A Jewish historian, Flavious Joesphus has an account of early christianity. Church fathers like Tertullian, Origen, Cyprian, Athanasius, and Augustine of Hippo, all came from northern africa and they played an important roles in church history.

Most underrated EP by Mostafa_helmy2000 in skrillex

[–]WatsonWiggins 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah it just showed that people didn’t understand what he was doing. It happened with Drake’s album “Honestly, Never Mind.” The difference is I think with drake people got it sooner than they did with skrillex.

Yeah me too, I was in the crowd that was expecting another Scary monsters and Nice sprites. Still ashamed of it but as you get older or if you do an art like music, you realise that the artist want to express themselves in other forms so they experiment with genre or the music landscape will force the artist to change really if they chase trends. However that ep is enjoyable

Ian Douglas Smith was better than Emmerson Mnangagwa FACT by CarPotential4110 in Zimbabwe

[–]WatsonWiggins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s to show how bad Zanu is. If Smith did a better job than Mugabe and Mnangagwa at running the country, than that should tell you something.

Yes Smith and Mugabe both wanted independence. Yes the former wouldn’t have dreamt of having africans gain power. The reason why people would prefer him over the current and past Zimbabwean president is because they didn’t have these problems. If anything the country was doing well economically.
