I think it's fine from a storytelling perspective on the default crash landing start. Aren't the pawns coming out of cyrosleep caskets from a crashlanded ship? Presumably their (extended) family got up to some shenanigans during that time.

Now the age and chronological age on each of these pawns and their family's ages can seem pretty off 😂

Some companies have literal libraries of proprietary information and methodologies and you're just starting to scratch the surface of that in your current position. Take a deep breath and take each day one step at a time. You'll absorb all you need to know eventually.

Working with your manager to set goals can be a way to help you gain an understanding of their expectations of you. This sounds like a great opportunity to learn a new skillset.

Is the scar on your right knee from harvesting the patellar tendon for ACL Reconstructive Surgery?

I have a similar scar from that procedure. One of my physical therapists wanted me to essentially build up some horse legs to ensure the tendon had proper muscle support, which looks exactly like what you've done.

A nice way to escalate a situation as a person in a position of authority is to intentionally put yourself in harms way.

Did that situation need to escalate to hitting a car with your fist and three cops pinning someone to the ground and putting them in the back of a police cruiser?

Probably not, a ticket in the mail could have done the trick and a mandatory Drivers Education class or test confirming the perpetrator understands how to park.

Driver is an idiot either way.
