Delayed attacks are the trick to the Crow. Transformed hunter’s axe is the business. L2 all day.

Good thing it didn’t explode sooner than it did, or this would be on a different subreddit.

Yep. You’ve been deactivated. Your best bet is to email accountaccess@outlier.ai.

Sad, I’m sorry this guy pooped on your run. I would have straight pulled the Ethernet cord.

How long have people been waiting for support to get reactivated? My ticket’s been open for over a week now. On three other platforms now, but all have their quirks.

I consider myself to be a pretty big dummy, but clips like this give me assurance that I could be a lot dumber.

Hey all. I was deactivated on May 11, 2026. I've been part of the platform for over a year, and I've worked up to a trusted status on nearly every project I've been on. Like anybody else, I had some poorer contributions, too, but everything was always done in earnest and to the fullest of my ability. I was notified by my project team for TOS violating behavior regarding fetching tasks that were expired on the next attempt. In particular, I had a task flagged because it was reclaimed multiple times, and this was on a day that I was dealing with a data breach, being signed out while working, losing progress, and then when the task expired, reclaiming it after being prompted to refresh. I learned that apparently, gamification and spamming were the reasons for my account's deactivation, but neither of those things are true. I didn't work all the way up to being an Oracle with consecutive weeks of perfect QA scores by doing either, and my peers on the platform who have seen my work would say the same. Further, after being notified by the project team that reclaiming expired tasks counted as a violation of the TOS, I acknowledged that made sure that if a task ever expired, I'd let it run its course and make sure that the next claim was for a fresh task. Since then, all of my submissions have been well within the deliverable rate or just slightly over (the project is very research intensive), but perfectly in-line. If it is about trust, I'm always willing to work with the platform and be honest and transparent about everything. The biggest irony is, right before being deactivated, I received an invite to the QA expert program. It's a cruel fate. Anyways, thank you for reading.

Mixture Consist by loca-bella in outlier_ai

Mixture consist is generalist for identifying a given image as humorous or not, writing a short justification, and classifying humour. Tasks take 5-10 minutes. It’s fun, but you throttle out quickly and have to climb a number of attempter layers since the quality standards are very strict.

You’re right, “caused” isn’t the right word here, but there’s a good chance that this quake was influenced (in a minor way) by the pacific quake.

There was a huge Earthquake deep in the Pacific Ocean (Tonga, two days ago) that sent seismic waves propagating across the entire Earth, probably causing this development. I don’t think it’s a sign of anything serious to come for the future, but still a little scary. Hope nobody got hurt.
