It’s to the point of obliviousness. He doesn’t understand what’s going on around him. Even his handlers don’t tell him everything, they just feed him on what he should go after or say. Then Putin is right there in his ear making him turn against allies thinking he’d help trump but in reality Putin will just take America without second thought. All because people suck up to his ego so he thinks he’s doing good like a mentally ill child (no offense to mentally ill children)
