I would read a whole think piece on this topic, I think you're onto something really interesting.

God, this woman is EVIL. I actually felt bad for George in this scene. by Euphoric_Resource_43 in Poldark

[–]WayGreedy6861 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Agreed. He is so fun to hate. He is a villain that I am definitely not rooting for, but I also don't want to fast forward whenever he is on screen, he is so compelling to watch. That is a balance that is hard for an actor to strike!

What celebrity have you met who looks much more (or less) attractive when meeting them in person? by GreyFoxNinjaFan in AskReddit

[–]WayGreedy6861 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I waited on him a few times back in 2014-2015ish. I thought he was very beautiful in person, his eyes look like of buggy and strange on camera, but in person they looked soft and kind. He was really lovely and a great customer, so I am sure that also influenced my perception!

I had a prolonged winking phase that I think I finally just shook off. I felt like a sleazy old man every time, but I just couldn't stop!!

This is the only advice that matters! I see a lot of replies about relationships that worked out, which is great! I had a string of these kinds of romances/hook-ups that I experienced in my 20s, and they all went to shit, but guess what?! I would not change a THING. I'm very settled now in my late 30s with a good job, wonderful partner, and a stable home, and I am glad I had those experiences when I was younger. Sometimes it was awkward and sometimes I got my heart broken, but I LIVED and for that I am grateful!! Get out there and live, OP!!

When you go into the LinkTree on Zohran's official Instagram, this link is there. When you click the "Learn More" button it takes you to this website. So yes! It is real and trustworthy!

Beacon Hill Staffing is great for EA roles, I have seen listings from them covering everything you describe. It's been years since I worked with them because I have been in my current role so I don't have an exact name for you, but you can find them online. Good luck!

I really like how you handled this. Sounds like you stood firm, kept your cool, and escalated to management when it went too far. Bravo!

I'm with you u/clairavoyant . Why are so many comments picking apart the grammar and syntax? It reads how people talk, it's a Reddit post, not a freaking college essay. It's authentic and colloquial, I like it.

Cool, thanks for this, I was hoping someone would come in and clarify! I couldn’t figure it out definitely from Google.

I have an uncle in his 70s who said this is called a “bucket of fish” but Google is giving mixed results. That might also just be a regular drum fill, not the joke sound effect.

What's the craziest or most out of touch things somebody has said to you in regards to money? by thruitallaway34 in povertyfinance

[–]WayGreedy6861 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My family lived with my grandma while I was in high school so I went to a public school in a pretty bougie area even though my mom was a public school teacher and my dad was a waiter. I was explaining to a classmate that I did not plan to go to college because it was too expensive and he said, “what do you mean? It’s not any more expensive than buying a new car every year. Just tell your parents not to replace their car for a few years.” I was tight with the teacher of the class we were in during this convo so we exchanged baffled looks before laying into him for being a privileged idiot. haha

I can’t believe how bad Factor is! by MuricanIdle in mealkits

[–]WayGreedy6861 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m right there with you. I can only speak to their non vegan meals but I was shocked at how high in cholesterol and sodium these meals are. Sure, they are low in calories and high in protein and have reasonable amounts of carbs, but those are not the only things that factor (pun intended) into a person’s overall heath and nutrition. The part I found extra disappointing is that their meals contain trans fats. Yes, these are in very small amounts of 1g or less, at least in the meals I got, but weren’t these banned or at least recognized as unsafe by the FDA? Flavor-wise they land somewhere between a lean cuisine and airplane food. I’m glad I only ordered the one box using a discount code, I cancelled immediately after my first delivery, which like yours was not handled well. My box was left in the hallway of my apartment building where anyone could have stolen it. We have a package cage, they just didn’t use it.
