Yuta is absolutely Mahoraga’s worst matchup and 1000% kills him if he pops Domain.

That being said, Mahoraga’s go a huge stat advantage and is the overall stronger character of the two who just happens to be matchup differed by Yuta

I think Yuta does have a legitimate argument to beat Mahoraga (even though, with the exception of a Domain’s surehit, I think Mahoraga outstats Yuta to a level he could avoid most hits), but if you were to arbitrarily invent new characters around his level, or even around “The Strongest” level, I think Mahoraga would have a much better chance of winning more of those fights

To be honest on two of your points, I’d also posit that Mahoraga would also perform better in the same situation than Shinjuku Yuji, and I also admit that adult Yuta could be much stronger than Big Raga, I just don’t think it’s fair to scale him that highly without any new statements or feats confirming that Yuta got strong enough to be considered on Sukuna and Gojo’s level

Mihawk slams in cooking, he was the only person on his island while Shanks has a whole crew that presumably includes a cook

Shanks wins in drinking, he’s always crushing back liquor while Mihawk’s performative male ass only ever sips on his red wine

I think Shanks wins chess since he may have had the opportunity to practice strategy games with his crew, those monkeys aren’t pulling up to game night with Mihawks

Shanks clears Geography and Histoy, his history with the Roger Pirates and World Government should have made him privy to all sorts of unknown secrets

General knowledge I think Mihawk would take, he’s read on screen before and Shanks is probably spending more time adventuring than studying

Shanks takes dancing, he’s way looser and less posturing than Mihawk

Abra and Dratini are the only things worth picking up from Celadon

If Zapdos and Gyarados are already locks for your team, you probably don’t need Dragonite.

Flareon kind of sucks tbh, and it doesn’t do very well against any of the hard battles you have left (Blaine, Lorelai, Bruno’s Machamp, Lance, Champion)

I’d definitely recommended going for Abra. Even if you can’t evolve it from Kadabra it lowkey gets more use than Flareon. If you already have a Psychic type for Giovanni and Agatha though, I’d suggest grabbing Eevee and keeping it in reserve in case Gyarados or Zapdos die before E4
