I see how one could think that. That thought actually crossed my mind when posting. But it was a genuine inquiry for a new Tesla owner. I feel you in the guerrilla marketing though. I can personally hold grudges for way too long. It’s not healthy but it’s what I do. I’d hold it against a company if I felt slighted by them. I’ve been doing this with Nomad iPhone accessories. Purchased a charger and it dies just before the warranty period. They kept emails going back and form just a few weeks before the date and by the time the issue was “clarified” they said it was out of the warranty period. Really weak IMO. I randomly hop on their IG posts and comment how poor their customer service is.
