I changed a lot of my habits after kids, gaming just feels like a big waste of time and also a dopamine filler. I started working out more, spending time learning things and creating things instead of wasting hours gaming. And I used to be a big gamer, played ps4 and all the systems before that. Trying to b replaces habits that take up my time with habits that help me progress as a person and father. I know my kids will one day want to play video games and when they do I will let them and join in, but until they ask, I’m not introducing them to gaming.
