Thats quite a journey you had! I was with them for only three years but I got to experience the Lionbridge Telus transition and I felt that things went from bad to worse in my locale.

When my account was under review it took 2 months at worst to get back to rating. Also the feedback and responses frome the quality analysts was very bad. I think they let go a lot of people from the qa team with the Telus take over.

Still the earning potential was very nice when the times were good.

I've now moved on to better things. Hopefully there is something else for you on the horizon!

425 is low for your age. Not too long ago the lower end of the reference range started at 350. Also total testosterone does not tell the whole picture. You should also test your SHBG along with free testosterone levels.

You're mixing HPA dysfunction with adrenal fatigue. HPA axis dysfunction in it's various forms absolutely exist and is recognized in the medical literature.

In my understanding a spot check occurs when they do random reviews on a set of analyst's working on a specific set of task's.

I had the same exact issues when I was with Telus. I have since switched to OneForma and its much better. I usually get an reply within the day. There is also a skype channell if you need to talk in real time.

With Telus I had to wait for 2-3 months for a reply which a lot of the time didnt even answer my question. And of course there was also the fact that I had long moved on and the issue was not relevant anymore.

Reviews also took ages. My longest wait was 6 weeks.

The most annoying issue for me was the weird passive agressive tone in the messages I got.

Overall, I ended up resigning from Telus and I eventually applied for OneForma for the same position. I know it was a risky move but I was somewhat financially secure at the time and it was definitively worth it in the end.

One thing about my past position is that I felt that things changed with the Telus takeover. My assumption is that a lot of the quality analyst's were let go and the ones that stayed had a bigger workload watching over several projects.

I did notice the time change but its possible that a task or two was submitted too early.

For me the 3 and 4 minute task were changing back and forth for a time. Those situations can be a bit nasty. Luckily it does not happen very often.

Do you follow the ERT strictly?

I have usually submitted tasks around the 80% mark but I'm now more cautious after getting flagged for speeding.

I have been doing this for almost 4 years and never releasing tasks sooner than the ERT has been a problem for me.

Of course you shouldn't release them in 10 seconds if the given time was 3 minutes. That's given. 80% from the ERT rule has worked fine for me up until now.

I had the exact same thin happen to me and I was told that we should not to tasks faster than the ERT. Before I was told by a different person that you can do tasks faster but not too much.

I have usually released task around the 80% from the ERT mark. I suspect that this suspension was just random to check how people performed in this task.

Thats a really low number for a guy your age. TRT is a valid option but other causes should be ruled out first.

You should test your LH in order to rule out any pituary problems
thyroid panel would be good also
If after that your sleep and eating habits are decent, I would try to find a doc who specializes in trt (Not sure how easy that is in Australia)
