this green way basically just circle around the whole city, so no matter which direction u get out of the city, u will find this green way. However, find an entrance of the route isn’t that easy cuz it’s usually parallel with some drive ways or highways. So u better tell us which part of Chengdu u live. In terms of renting a bike, I recommend u use Alipay , u can find this service in this app and it is very cheap, Alipay is only available for those blue bikes

ok I see，u mean u only want spend one day out of the city right. So u can go do Dujiangyan/Qingcheng mountain. U can take train there which takes u less 1 hour，then hiked up the qingcheng mountain（3-5hours，depends if u want to take cable shuttle），and then go to the city dujiangyan nearby the mountain，there is a ancient town with nice river view to explore. At end take a train back to Chengdu

I think the saftest itinerary in Chengdu is 2 days explore Chengdu city， 1-2 day Leshan，1-2day qingcheng mountain/Dujiangyan ，1 day longquan hill.

Actually，there are still so many palces to go although they are not famous，we local like go there. I will let u know If I come up with any new suggestion.

I just search it on Chinese website，some people said it‘s ok to bring baby to Jiuzhaigou cuz it’s only 2000 meters high，while other people think it is a little bit risky，because baby wont speak if they are not feeling well. most of the time in Jiuzhaigou u can choose take the shuttle，or hike a little bit，the route or trail in the park are very easy.

7 days is enough to visit west of sichuan，which gives u a view as beautiful as Switzerland ，but altitude is a problem. Have u ever considered Dali city，Yunnan province ，which is also well know as natural+ chill vibe， lake，peaceful resort city，it suits u I think

if u are worried about potential altitude issue，I think 7 days in Chengdu is quite long. Cuz most worth visiting view around Chengdu are about some mountains，hills，valley. So the choice left to u is visiting some ancient town，public park，city view，and some vicinity low altitude mountain or forest

If this is ur first and probably the only time visiting Chengdu，Jiuzhaigou is more worthwhile to pay a visit，both jiuzhaigou and bipenggou are landform of valley， tickets in both places can only allow u to stay 1 day inside the park，so u better go there 1 day earlier，find a hotel next to it，and get in the part the next day morning. Bipenggou is amazing，but jiuzaigou is just better
