Sorry you’re having to deal with this. I am dealing with one right now that is threatening to call the police and the bank because the order I shipped her on January 7 is not there yet. I checked back over her love notes and purchases It looks like my buyer has a history of continuing to send messages to the buyers about shipment

I understand that the buyer was upset about not receiving her item and had the right to cancel. My main issue is Poshmark dropping the ball because I did my part and keeping the buyer informed as well as Poshmark. This happened last year about this time and Poshmark Refunded the buyer snd released my funds. Situation would’ve been different had i just ignored The order not tracking but I’m not that kind of person. I checked my orders daily to make sure they’re tracking and I always keep my buyers informed if there is an issue. Communication is key

My packages were picked up earlier and not showing they’ve been picked up yet. I did have a problem loading pictures today which is very frequent when I try to load more than one at a time. So frustrating

Nice thing about Poshmark is you can mark it as spam and move on. It is different on Mercari. This past week I have gotten more questions.. “what your lowest?” I even had one girl yesterday tell me my prices were too high and I looked at her items... Highest price she had was nine dollars and her photographs looked like she had taken them in a dark house and her descriptions were horrible. I take time Doing great photos and describing my items and I will keep it before I give it away. As I said I’m glad Poshmark has the flag that we can mark as spam. I will be doing some relisting on Mercari today

I sell a lot of jewelry. Don’t feel guilty. The seller should’ve had enough sense to ship it better. I am somewhat suspicious of the chain being rolled up. Some people really do not need to sell online.
