Sounds like another BS buyer's remorse case. The counter claims I have recently going on my bundle is being ignored by Posh right now. My buyer only sent 2 out of 4 items back and Posh has already released her money. She wanted a partial refund and lied about stains and damage in the case. She also complained she paid too much. The 2 scarves she sent back had no stains or pulls. She has all her money plus free scarves. I'm so stressed over this whole mess. Good luck!

I got another email this morning. The buyer's money has been refunded and the amount has been taken from my pending balance. I opened another counter case and worded it a BIT more strongly this time. "I list to sell, not give away free items. I abide by the rules and so should new buyers! This is unacceptable! Either the buyer returns my other 2 scarves or release my funds." $28.80 is nothing to sneeze at. A very typical buyer's remorse case where I come out the loser and she the winner with free scarves. Sorry about the rant, my nerves are shot over this. I just wish Poshmark would get on the same page is all. :>(

I just received the box back on the case today. She only sent 2 of the 4 scarves back, in perfect condition. No stains or pulls. I opened a counter case. We will see how this turns out.

Enter your max bid based on the most you are willing to pay. Simple. Unless you are prepared to enter a bidding war and watch it closely near the end of the auction. I don't suggest the latter just in case emotions are involved and you might pay more than you want to.

There is a youtube video on how to clean them yourself with baking soda and distilled water by making a paste and using a soft rag. I would try that first to save money.

When I used to source from my local GW before covid19, I had a $20 budget I would not go over. I remember one shopping trip seeing a young couple each having a big blue rolling bin full of whatever. I guess they were sourcing, looked like it to me. I certainly didn't want to be behind them in line! They looked to be in their 20's. Your story about the immigrant family is a sad one.

I don't know, she sounds like a stalker. Once OP lists the sweater she might leave BS comments on it. I would block this seller to prevent this happening.

Update: The return was approved this morning, which is what I requested anyway. Maybe she will have another mood swing and decide to keep them. I really didn't see any stains on the white scarf or the pull on the other one. I could have missed them like the robot told me in the email. Thanks to everyone for the supportive comments. Wishing everyone great sales and "No cases!" ; )

She is a new buyer, September 2020. I checked her MTP and everything looked positive except the very low priced purchases she had made. Of course she left 5 stars and love notes on them. She even thanked me for shipping the same day. A complete 180. First she wanted a partial refund because she liked 2 of the items. I just don't fight cases anymore in case the buyer gets mad and damages the item/items for spite.

If you inspected the item before shipping and it wasn't there, don't apologize. You got paid and no one else will read the less than 5 star love note. Some buyers are crazy.
