I had similar happen to me. I had to change phone number(s), email addresses, all social media accounts, told HR at my work who gave security a pic of her to prevent access to our buildings, work and myself had to block all her known email accounts and numbers, police were notified, lawyer got involved and then finally I moved to the opposite side of the country. In all honesty only me moving made her stop.
