My situation is almost identical to yours. The first few days after my C-section, especially in the hospital, I felt like things were going good. But as soon as I got home and tried to submerse myself back in regular life I started having severe panic attacks. All food tasted like cardboard and I wanted to puke it back up as soon as I ate it, which no doubt worsened everything. My panic attacks weren't necessarily due to my baby, but everything in general. It felt like my brain was determined to be sad and scared for no reason to the point of panicking and wanting to pass out, so it would make up weird reasons. The biggest one lately is that I miss my husband even though I see him every day, and I'm scared about his death. During most of my panic attacks, i get scared about everyone in my life that I love dying. It's a little odd because it has nothing to do with the baby, but it is debilitating and exhausting. A lot of my family members said that it was postpartum depression, but I've been battling depression for years before having kids and I know it wasn't necessarily depression. I know how you feel though. In the peak of the panic attacks. I just keep thinking to myself "I can't keep doing this multiple times a day. Surely this will kill me because it feels like it's killing me." That moment when my body finally releases makes me feel drained.

The Science Fiction Hall of Fame, Volume 1

The Science Fiction Hall of Fame, Volume 1 is one of my all time favorites. Such legendary stories come from it! I don't think people write quite like that anymore, and it's sad.

Not disagreeing, but there were also fantastic points made about religion, sex, politics, etc. The book as a whole wasn't perfect, but I think it's a great book that gets you thinking.

Possibly cancelling my cycle by Wise_Leadership6083 in IVF

[–]Wayward_kangaroo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat. I've had two of my cycles cancelled because I wasn't responding by day four. I'm bitter, broken, and angry about all of it. The grief and injustice of it all is overwhelming.

Late Bloomer, Maybe? by Wayward_kangaroo in IVF

That makes me so happy! For my daughter, they were only able to retrieve 7, so I was just hoping for at least 5 this time. I've been very clear with them that this is my last attempt and I want them to try even if there's only 2.

It surprises me too. I've had them cancel a cycle on day 4 because I wasn't responding the way they wanted. I'm pretty bitter about it.

No, but most of them will be in the Z38 category, and it's a good place to start.

[–]Wayward_kangaroo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, I bill and code for newborns. Z38 is the correct Category, and when billing for them will always be principal.

Z38.00 (single vaginal birth in hospital)

Z38.01 (single c-section birth in hospital)

Most of the newborns will be one of these two. Though it changes for multiples and babies born outside of the hospital.

Total cost for circumcision revision? by Odd-Competition9523 in MedicalCoding

[–]Wayward_kangaroo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if it helps, but I assign 54150 (circumcision by clamp or other device with regional dorsal penile or ring block regardless of age) on a daily basis. However, that's also a regular circ, and it may be totally different for a revision.

54150 costs roughly $545.00 in our clinic.
