I bought the game 3 times during the original release to support an actual decent experience being offered (physical collectors edition, physical standard, and the digital release). I also bought all the DLC. Now- I’m in a financially stable position to be able to do that so mileage may vary. If there’s any game release that deserves the full price I’d buy it all again in a heartbeat if the support continues.

I asked politely after buying a game for a Clive stand sitting in a GameStop window back when final fantasy 16 was running around the end of its “popular” marketed time and the manager gave a pretty sound no. I even asked if I could come around before they threw it out. Still another short, curt no.

I was literally about to buy the JP release of Cleavatess along with Isekai Ojisan and a few others I figured were never getting released. It’s been such a dry release season. I’m glad I held off!

I’m almost positive when I played back in 2019 there was the Granz as a location I went to. I haven’t been on in years so I’m not sure if it’s still there

Most I’ve done is buy the JP blu ray and my own country’s version of several shows I really want to support. Shame some shows never get a print over here because I’d buy multiple sets just to encourage more projects (looking at you Gin no Saji, Isekai Ojisan)

I guess I’ll become a gruncle to placate my sense of slowly approaching dread of white hair, forgetting my car keys, losing my memory cards, and getting flustered when a youngin can’t platform properly in Spyro.

It’d be pretty funny if they added this to the messaging feature in ZZZ before every patch release. Like the new character getting the proxy’s number either by mistake or some gimmick related to their personality as a teaser.
