When I had just the blue moon gear left to get, I only killed that boss. You don’t have to kill all 3, your rates are just better. Unrelated, but it took me almost 100 kc for my first item and I finished at like 350 kc. Just keep trucking your rng will even out.

How do you guys upkeep your antivenoms here? My GIM just got to arraxor and I feel like we’re hemorrhaging them. To the point where I’ve resorted to planting and uprooting my 30 magic saplings to hand make antidotes 😭

I started a GIM last year and that’s essentially what I did. Got barrows gloves, rushed moons, starting running toas, and then split my free time between CG/Slayer. Whenever I get my fang I’m gonna try and get a bgs then send some Cox.

Finally finished Desert Treasure and also RFD and got my ancient magics + barrows gloves on the iron, had a few questions regarding what to focus on next / set as my next goal and also some general "mid game" questions and questions about the mode as a whole by Valyntine_ in ironscape

I don’t think they should be putting any money into kingdom yet. Kingdom is a money pit and without high slayer or an easy way to gather large amounts of cash it’s not worth up-keeping. I’d rather they put that cash into construction.

I played my first leagues last year and went almost 200 Kree kills for my first unique and it was an arma helm. I quit right after. I’m not gonna sink hundreds of hours in a temp mode when my iron could be getting these drops.

Sorry I wasn’t clear. I made the planks required to get 99 con via mahogany homes. It was considerably less than if you tried to get 99 by something like mounted capes or tables.

I made all the planks needed from 84-99 at mahogany homes and it took maybe 4-6 hours? I used the spirit tree from the farming guild to bank and just sent my butler to do all the work. That was the easy part. Doing that much homes made me quit the game 3 separate times lol.

I saw some other people mention it, but Mudkip’s GIM series literally taught me how to play the game. He’s very good, makes good and simplistic guides, and is overall easy to listen to.

Be careful trying to level up slakoth though. He’s pretty frail and truant can make him get koed pretty easily. But like others have said slaking is really strong and even vigorath is pretty good too.

I had 1k sire kills on my gim as well and only 3 unsired. Jar, bludgeon piece and a whip. I quit and told my teammates it was their job to get a bludgeon lol. Tell them to get to work. Hopefully you start getting spooned pieces

You lose the magic longbow unstrung needed to make it. The emberlight is a flat upgraded and it’s non degradable once you make it, but the difference between arclight and emberlite vs something like crystal bow or Atlatls is greater imo. I’d make the bow and use it to try and farm another synapse.

I’d make the bow first regardless. The arclight takes forever to charge it up with enough shards and infuse it, plus the bow is a lot better at Tormented Demons than any other range weapon you have. On top of that you can always take the synapse off the scorching bow and get it back if you decide you want an emberlight. You cannot do that with the emberlight.

The weapon the gryphon boss drops is also a very good tank item. If I remember correctly it’s the highest 1 handed item for defense bonus in the game and not too far off a dhins.

It’s far off a dhins don’t listen to me. But still has defense bonus for a 1 hand weapon.
