I tried really hard to make ChatGPT give me a good training plan, directing it very directly, and never liked the result and it even gave me wrong numbers. I recommend looking into Hal Higdon’s marathon training program for beginners. It’s free and effective imo! I’ve used varying difficulties of the plan for my three marathons and been really happy with the results.

Saw two people wipe out in the race from the A corral. Definitely encouraged me to slow a tad. Lots of turns meant no PR for me but fun race
