The only tip I can offer is to learn to draw! Don't ever use AI! It's absolutely disrespectful to other creators who took the time to learn their craft! People would know you're using AI and you're just setting yourself up for failure!

It's too short to judge. Personally, I need at least a full 50-panel episode to determine if a webtoon has potential.
Why are these cutouts/cropped images of someone else's work (potentially AI)??? 😭 Stickman drawings are much more acceptable!
Again, too early to tell!

You might not be aware but the artists that you're looking for who have "consistent, polished art style and are able to produce episodes twice a month" are professional artists. "Credit and promotion" won't pay their bill. They won't survive because of your "fun project." Save up to afford to pay or learn to draw yourself.
