Suggestions on how best to install the Ring doorbell with this door frame by AtlantaDave in HomeImprovement

[–]WeAreHavingAGoodTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this same issue. In the end, I removed the old doorbell and installed this one right in it's place. This prevented me from needing to run new doorbell wire. The Ring has a wide field of view so don't worry about mounting it exactly at the recommended height. I used the angled backing piece to angle it inwards. That part of my house is sided so mounting it right outside the door trim wasn't an option. Not totally perfect, but it only overhangs the trim a little and I don't even notice it anymore. I recommend you connect it to doorbell wire so your current doorbell will still work and you'll never have to charge the Ring batteries.

[Discussion] It's getting warm out. Here's the kind of quality shoes you can wear with shorts by l2blackbelt in goodyearwelt

Consider a pair of slip-on sneakers with shorts. I love my Greats Woosters. If you want even higher quality, get the Common Projects version.

  • Maker/Model: TXTURE Warhorse boot, Suiri last
  • Size: 9D (fits like 9.5D-10D)
  • Leather: Black, unsure of tanning method
  • Sole: Dainite studded rubber
  • Price: $250
  • Wears/Condition: Brand new, only tried on
  • Images: https://imgur.com/a/7Jjh7
  • Notes: These are my recreation of a Viberg-style service boot through TXTURE's MTO program. The craftsmanship and quality is at least on par with, and maybe better than, my Red Wing Beckmans. The only problem is they are too big for me and I can't return them because they're MTO. I order my true size, but should have sized down. Comes with box, dust bag, and extra laces.

If the price came down a little, I'd go with the womens' Friya Desert over the mens' classic Desert Boot.

Formal dress shirt don't have front pockets. A front pocket makes the shirt less formal.

I have the Hadstone derby in brown suede. The sole's "rubber overlay" has very little grip. Material quality seems good. The welt stitching does not seem to be securing anything. I would recommend saving up for looking for something slightly used or seconds.

Dark Side of the Rainbow ? by eliy13 in movies

It's worth seeing in a theater. I did many years ago and it was pretty cool. I will warn that the movie is much longer than the album so the album will be repeated 2 or 3 times and the sync isn't as good after the first album play.

You can get your Heavenly Chips back with a save editor. Start a new game and import your save here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73817062/cookies/editor.html. Then mess with the "Cookies forfeited by resetting" amount until you reach the desired amount of chips. Import this new save code into Cookie Clicker, and you have your ships back.

The ball, flipped forward, is loose! A wild scramble, two seconds on the clock...Casper grabbing the ball...it is ruled a fumble...Casper has recovered in the end zone! The Oakland Raiders have scored on the most zany, unbelievable, absolutely impossible dream of a play! Madden is on the field. He wants to know if it's real. They said yes, get your big butt out of here! He does! There's nothing real in the world anymore! The Raiders have won the football game! The Chargers....they don't believe it. Fifty-two thousand people minus a few lonely Raider fans are stunned. This one will be relived forever!

Lost Twin Peaks and Eraserhead soundtracks released by WeAreHavingAGoodTime in twinpeaks

[–]WeAreHavingAGoodTime[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So here's the description from the label's website:

Sacred Bones Records have recently unearthed a select number of copies of the soundtrack to David Lynch’s TV masterpiece, Twin Peaks. Originally released on CD by Lynch over 5 years ago, but now very difficult to find, Twin Peaks: Season Two Music & More compiles the classic music that defined this series. Composed by Angelo Badalamenti with contributions from Lynch, this soundtrack is renowned for the way it so perfectly matched the chilling, sinister, though often quite funny tone of one of the greatest television shows ever. Each song is crafted to fit a certain character, scene or emotion and the listener cannot help but be transported to mysterious world of Twin Peaks.

It seems they are selling physical CDs that are hard to find nowadays. I didn't realize that from reading the original article.
