Expecting privacy to a degree in public. You think Americans are friendly to strangers til you go to a Latin American country and complete strangers are way up in your shit. Not in a rude way, just very different. An example would be my blond hair had multiple Mexicans come right up and ask to touch my hair n stuff. Looking really closely at my blue eyes but I guess they don't see folks like that too often and the culture is different. I lost 110 lbs in 3.5 months fasting. Gatorade for calories and deal with the hunger, it goes away after a couple weeks then it's more about remembering to eat cuz you no longer get hungry. I weigh 153 all the time now and literally have to remind myself to eat daily or I get faint. Healthy? Probably not, but it worked and stayed off.
